This notice explains how Cars For All ("we") handles personal information sent through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The short version: we only use your details to reply to you, we don't sell them, and we don't track you with cookies.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your message, and the car you asked about. If you just browse, we collect nothing that identifies you.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you and help with your enquiry. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.

Cookies and statistics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is anonymous and doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores your enquiry securely.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs a spam check when you submit a form.
• Resend delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
• Google Maps shows our location in the page footer. The map only loads when you scroll to it, and Google may then receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

We delete website enquiries automatically after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@carsforall.co.za. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to theInformation Regulator of South Africa.
